Our advocacy councils—made up of IHSS providers like you—regularly conduct in-person and online advocacy workshops to help caregivers and clients navigate the appeals process and win more hours of care. And, if you go through the appeals process and win, you may be entitled to backpay: from several hundred dollars up to $30,000.
